We know how to mobilise capacities and encourage effective collaboration among your systems-change leaders and projects so your network can have the greatest impact.
We know how to creatively find ways to make the voices of those in a network feel heard, proud and inspired by the collective movement they are part of.
We have hard-won experience in how to include the voices of grassroots activists, educators, farmers and project leads in democratic and ethical ways, through facilitating in-person and online gatherings and learning processes.
And we understand the power of storytelling, both through film and spoken word. That our work is more than just 'work' – that if we can communicate to others the heart and soul of our research and practice, we can collectively drive global systems change.
What we don't do
We are here to help—this means not creating extra work for your team. We’ll take care of everything under one contract, including sourcing all talent and skills required to support your network, hiring, managing deliverables and timelines, subcontractor payments, budget reporting, and knowledge management so when the project is done, reporting to your funders on your activities is easy.
